Welcome to Big Mood Threads! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Big Mood Threads (ABN 29452342376). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.
1. Access and Account

2. Our Products
We take care to display products as accurately as possible, but colours and appearances may vary depending on your device and settings.
We do not guarantee that a product will appear exactly as shown in product images. Product descriptions, availability and pricing may change at any time without notice.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only once payment is processed and we provide confirmation.
Please review your order carefully before checkout. Once submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If we decline or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details you provided.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
4. Prices and Billing
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable). Prices do not include shipping unless stated.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment information. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and will pay all charges incurred.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Processing and delivery times are estimates only. While we aim to dispatch within 4 business days, delays can occur due to carriers or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to your nominated address or authorised safe-drop location. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns and Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All content on our site (including text, graphics, images, logos, and product designs) is either owned by Big Mood Threads or used under a valid licence. 9. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with Big Mood Threads. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions or any issues with your purchases.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in line with that policy.
11. Feedback and Reviews
By submitting reviews, suggestions or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and share that content in connection with our business.
You agree not to post unlawful, misleading or infringing content. We may remove content at our discretion.
12. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (for example in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability). We reserve the right to correct these errors at any time.
If we discover a material pricing error before your order is dispatched, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund. We are not obliged to honour orders where the price error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake.
