Shipping policy
At Big Mood Threads, every product is printed to order. This means your tee is made just for you after your order is placed.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically printed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- During peak periods (sales, holidays, or public holidays), processing may take longer.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
We ship via standard courier and postal networks. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Australia
Metro areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Regional areas: 3–8+ business days after dispatch
New Zealand
All regions: 7–12 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping for all orders over $100 AUD (after discounts).
- Orders under $100: shipping is a flat rate of $14.95 for shipping within AUS and $19.95 for NZ.
Authority to Leave
Where possible, parcels may be left in a safe place at your delivery address if you’re not home. Risk of loss or damage passes once the order is delivered or confirmed safe-dropped by the carrier.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking link once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel is significantly delayed or marked as lost by the carrier, contact us at hello@bigmoodthreads.com.au and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
International Orders
At this stage, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding to more regions.
