How are your tees made?
Each tee is printed to order. No bulk stock, no waste — just made fresh for you once you hit checkout.

What size should I get?
Check the size guide in the product photos on each product page. Tees run true to size. Want a looser fit? Size up x2.

Do you restock designs?
Some drops are limited, some may come back if demand’s high. Follow us on socials to stay in the loop.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
Across Australia and New Zealand.

How long does delivery take?

• Printing/processing: 2–4 business days

• After dispatch:

  • Aus metro: 2–5 business days

  • Aus regional: 3–8+ business days

  • NZ: 7–12 business days

You’ll get tracking once your order’s on the way.

How much is shipping?

• Australia: Free on orders over $100 AUD, otherwise calculated at checkout.

• New Zealand: Calculated at checkout.

Do orders include tracking?
Yep — you’ll get a link as soon as it ships.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order if I change my mind?
No — since each tee is made to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns.

What if I picked the wrong size?
We can’t refund or exchange for size mistakes, but we do offer a one-time discounted re-order. Email us at hello@bigmoodthreads.com.au and we’ll sort it out.

What if my order is faulty or damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If it’s faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If tracking hasn’t moved in a while or your parcel’s marked lost, get in touch and we’ll investigate. If it’s genuinely lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (depending on your region).

Do you charge in AUD or NZD?
All orders are processed in AUD.

Sustainability

Are your tees sustainable?
Yes. Our garments are made from sustainably sourced 100% cotton and printed to order. That means no overproduction, no leftover stock heading to landfill, and less waste in the supply chain.
